			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>: Inspect films frame by frame for all audio visual elements involved in the motion picture. Detail all problems and document any issues involved in the degradation of the film. Work with magnetic and optical tracks and inspect them for issues. Prepare detailed and specific reports on the physical condition of the film. Prepare a detailed plan for restoration, locating all elements to be preserved. Work with the company supervisors and film owner to outline the restoration and preservation protocols. Once the plan has been approved, be responsible for restoring all deteriorated elements and for then transferring the film to digital media. Utilize all engineering and archiving principals to effect image preservation, digital selection as well as heritage preservation. Utilize image cataloging principals as well. <p><strong>Qualification</strong>: Master&#8217;s degree in Moving Image Archive Studies and experience using File Maker Pro.</p>
