King of Comedy
Audio Mechanics’ new digital restoration of “The King of Comedy,” directed by Martin Scorsese, was featured at the closing ceremony of the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival, with special presentations by Robert De Niro, Jerry Lewis, and Martin Scorsese [article here]. The original 35mm mag DME masters were also preserved as high-resolution raw transfers, and prepared for digital migration into Fox’s archive.
